If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free.
How to return an item
- Email info@furniture4ulondon.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with your free return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all parts and fixings.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unassembled where possible, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty or develops a fault, contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights and the manufacturer’s warranty.
